Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada provides digital classroom

 Vijayawada: Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada had provided a digital classroom to the Regula Anuradha Municipal Corporation elementary school situated at APIIC Colony near Jawahar Autonagar.

Mayor Koneru Sridhar who attended the programme as chief guest expressed happiness over the provision of the digital classroom for the school by the Inner Wheel Club which would help the students to acquire more knowledge. 

He told the children to use the facility to come up in the life. The donors should regularly visit the school to find out how the children are learning the lessons, he suggested.

The mayor said that the teachers should take the responsibility of teaching them well along with the new provisions in the school. The mayor enquired with the students about the mid-day meal programme and the marks they secured in the recent examination.

V Sridevi, Chairman of Inner Wheel District 302, G Rashmi, president of Inner Wheel Club of Vijayawada, Corporator Devineni Aparna, Deputy Education officer Durga Prasad along with the Mayor distributed schools bags to all the students.

Devineni Aparna complimented the Inner Wheel Club for donating Digital Kit worth Rs 50,000 which would help the students to learn many things. “More and more students would join in the schools with such facilities at hand,” she said.

Inner Wheel Club members G Revathi, Nau Gora, school teachers and members of Vasavya Mahila Mandali also participated.
