Orphans get special circus show which was organised by Jamuna Circus at Punnami Ghat in Bhavanipuram
Vijayawada: The management of Jamuna Circus organised a special show for orphan children at Punnami Ghat in Bhavanipuram here on Friday.
About 400 children enjoyed the circus, showing their joy by clapping, shouting.
They enjoyed the acrobats and feats performed by the artistes of Jamuna Circus.
About 60 artistes from Assam, Manipur, West Bengal and other places performed the feats with skill and talent risking their life to entertain the children.
The artistes performed feats at a height of 60 feet on the swing bar jumping from one end to another and various other feats.
Jamuna circus has a history of 116 years and has organised circuses many a times at Vijayawada in the past.
For the entertainment of children bikes riden inside a globe and acrobats with horse were a hit.
The children will gain self-confidence and will be brave and bold by watching the circus, said manager of Jamuna circus.
