NGOs, leaders meet PRC Commissioner
Eluru: Leaders of various employees’ unions and NGO leaders meet 11th Pay Revision Commission Commissioner Ashutosh Mishra here on Friday.
He received representations from different leaders and promised them to convey their suggestions and problems to the state government.
Speaking on the occasion, he requested the employees to bring to his notice any issues pertaining to their employment and benefits among other things.
AP NGOs Association president RS Haranth, during his interaction with the Commissioner requested that the government increase retirement age of Class IV employees from the existing 60 years to 62 years.
He also urged the Commissioner to curtail service limit of 20 years to 15 years for voluntary retirement of the employees. He also suggested to increase the house rent allowance at different levels.
The association secretary Ch Srinivasa Rao, Amaravati JAC chairman Ramesh Kumar, West Godavari Police Officers Association president K Nagaraju and employees union leaders of different departments conveyed their feelings apart from submitting memoranda to the Commissioner.
