Enhance teaching skills, teachers told at Bhimavaram

Rajamahendravaram: Rampachodavaram ITDA project officer Nishant Kumar has advised the teaching fraternity to enhance their teaching skills to give quality teaching to the students.

Nishnat Kumar inspected the government tribal welfare residential high school in Bhimavaram village of Addateegala mandal on Friday. He inspected the classrooms, kitchen and hostel rooms and interacted with the students.

He expressed dissatisfaction over poor educational standards of students who did not give proper answers to his questions relating to various subjects. Class X students not replied properly in English subject.

Later, he said that it was the duty of the teachers to mould the students as responsible citizens of the country. 

The government was providing necessary facilities in tribal residential schools. Stern action would be taken against the respective teachers, if they fail to enhance their teaching skills, he warned.

He asked the teachers to improve the knowledge of the students in general knowledge also.

The project officer directed the teachers to conduct night classes to Class X students to get good results. Education was the only way for the development of tribal families, he added.
