Kodela Siva Prasada Rao distributes Chandranna Kanukalu in Guntur district

Guntur: Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasad said that the government led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was committed for the welfare of poor and implementing the welfare schemes for them. 

He laid the foundation stone to take up various development works at Uppalapadu village under Sattenapalli Assembly constituency in Guntur district on Monday. 

He inaugurated vaccination programme for animals and medical camp for animals and distributed Chandranna Christmas Kanukalu to the white cardholders. 

He cut the Christmas cake and distributed cake pieces and sweets to the poor. 

He explained significance of Christmas and urged to follow in the footsteps of Christ. 

He said that the aim of the poor is to celebrate Christmas and that is why the government is distributing Chandranna Kanukalu.
