Non bailable warrant issued against 2 NRIs, former prof

Visakhapatnam: The 4th Additional Chief Metropolitan Court has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against two Non-Resident Indians and one former Andhra University professor, who were failed to attend the court for trial in a criminal case here on Wednesday. 

According to the court sources, a criminal case was registered by A Suresh Babu against Surya Shakthi India Finance Private Limited under a crime number 720/2011. 

The defendants Peter K Sniberzer (A2) residing in USA, M Satya Ramanandam (A4) in the case) is holding a French citizenship and A5 is a former Andhra University Professor M Venkata Krishnayya. 

On Wednesday, during the trial the petitioner Suresh Babu disclosed with the judge that the three defendants were not attending for the trial. 
Immediately the judge ordered the III Town police to present the three defendants by issuing NBW, and postponed the trail for March 13.
