Workshop on short films from today

Vijayawada: The Telugu Short Film Association (TSFA) would organise a three-day workshop on short films at MB Vignanakendram from March 6, according to TSFA general secretary DV Raju in a release on Tuesday.

Raju said there are many short film makers in the city and the number is growing as students are pursuing visual communications courses. 

The present generation and youth are using smart phones to create short films. To bring out creativity and improve the skills, this workshop would be helpful, said Raju.

The workshop will comprise of Photography, Direction, and Script Writing which starts from 10 am to 4 pm. 

Noted cinematographer Anumolu Hari for Photography, association former president and noted film director Veerashankar for direction and famous movie script writer YS Krishneswara Rao for script writing will lead the workshop, said Raju.

Interested persons and short film makers of Vijayawada can use the opportunity by paying Rs 300, he added.
