Former CBI Joint Director interacts with EFLU students

Osmania University: V V Lakshmi Narayana, IPS, Additional General of Police was recently in town for a one-on-one interaction with students at the English and Foreign Languages University. He was invited by the varsity's Vice Chancellor Prof E Suresh Kumar for a unique in-house programme ‘Meet a Leading Light’ (MALL) that helps pupils learn life lessons from eminent personalities who have excelled in various fields of work. 

The programme has been inducted as a part of experiential learning in the campus wherein students have been given an opportunity to be exposed to the roles, responsibilities, and challenges of various professions from those who have great in-depth knowledge about it. As part of this programme, pupils are motivated to take up challenges and come up victorious in them. 

Thus, the former CBI Joint Director inspired students by stressing on the need to develop attributes like character, culture, thought process, attitude and behaviour in order to educate oneself and transform the nation quoting several anecdotes from Swami Vivekananda, Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Stephen Hawkings, among several others. The session received a thunderous response from the student community.
