Youth threatens to commit suicide

​Achampet: A youth from Domalapenta village under Ambrabad mandal in Nagarkurnool district on Monday climbed a TV tower and threatened to jump from it in protest against alleged harassment by a local TRS leader. 

Going into details, a youth named Ramesh was befriended by the TRS Amrabad mandal president Mahesh and had taken Rs. 20,000 from him long ago.

When Ramesh approached the TRS leader for refund of his money, the local TRS leader alleged feigned ignorance and refused to repay the money he owed to Ramesh. 

Despite many reminders and even filed a complaint in the police station, the police are also not taking any action against the TRS leader. 

Not able to bear the harassment, Ramesh had finally decided to climb a TV tower and threatened to commit suicide.

However, the police and the local people assured him that they would resolve the dispute and persuaded him to climb down from the TV tower.
