We would have committed suicide, says BJP leader

Senior BJP leader and MLC Somu Veerraju has made sensational comments on the TDP-BJP friendship. He said the BJP cadre were subjected to untold torture in the name of the BJP-TDP alliance. 

He said if the alliance continued any longer, the BJP workers would have been left with no alternative but to end their lives. He also pointed out that the TDP and Chandrababu were being step-motherly in their treatment towards the Rayalaseema region. 

He said the TDP leaders have been claiming that they would complete Polavaram by spending only State Government funds. He dared them to complete all other irrigation projects in the same way. He also demanded that the TDP government provide the list of works it undertook with the help of the Central funds.
