Will not quit Congress, announces Mukesh Goud

Putting all speculations to rest, Congress senior leader and former minister Mukesh Goud has made it clear that he was not leaving Congress party.

Addressing his supporters at his camp office in Jambagh on the occasion of his birthday today, Mukesh Goud dismissed reports that he was likely to join the ruling TRS. He said he would stay with the Congress party and work hard to strengthen it Hyderabad.

Strongly criticising former minister Danam Nagender for joining TRS, Mukesh Goud said no injustice was done with leaders of Backward Classes in the Congress party.

Meanwhile, several senior leaders including TPCC Pesident Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, former Deputy CM Damodar Rajanarsimha, ex-MP V. Hanumantha Rao, TRS MLC M. Hanumantha Rao visited Mukesh Goud's office to greet him on his birthday
