Minister Nara Lokesh comments on TDP leaders who joined YSRCP

Update: 2019-02-15 23:46 IST

Amaravati: AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh expressed confidence that in 2019 elections TDP will again come into the power.

He predicted that in 150 Assembly constituencies, Telugu Desam party candidates will win and Chandrababu Naidu will again become the Chief Minister of AP.

For the coming elections, TDP will give the party ticket's only to the winning candidates, and with the fear of not getting the ticket some party leaders have left and joined the YSR Congress party.

On Friday Minister Nara Lokesh visited Krishan district and participated in welfare programmes. While addressing a public meeting here, he slammed YSRCP.

He said that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu very well knows about the working of the leaders in the party. If they have any differences with Chandrababu, they might have left the party long back, not before the two months of the elections.

After continuing in TDP government for four and a half years, why now they are making allegations on the party chief, he questioned.

He said that the people are watching them... development and welfare schemes are the backbones of TDP's victory in the coming elections.

It's really wondering, that the leaders who were firing at YS Jagan till yesterday, today they have joined him,  Lokesh said.

Telugu Desam has no loss with the leaders, who have changed the party. He criticized YSRCP as a drama company... YS Jagan as a dongabbay.

He alleged that in the name of MPs resignation, Kodi Kathi case YSRCP is playing drama's and with the secret alliance with BJP, YSRCP is doing injustice to the state.
