Kavitha funds tribal woman’s surgery

Hyderabad: Nizamabad MP K Kavitha on Wednesday came to the rescue of one tribal woman Jyothi, who is suffering from acute intestinal obstruction. The MP helped the woman by funding her operation expenses. Jyothi is from Bodhan mandal and Utpally village in Nizamabad district. 

Whenever Jyothi consumed food her stomach swelled up and doctors had advised for operation which costed Rs 3-4 lakh. Jyothi’s brother D Vijay brought this to the notice of Nizamabad MP Kavitha, who consoled him and assured help. 

The MP later talked to the hospital management and ensured that the operation was taken up on Tuesday. The doctors informed the MP that the operation was successful.
