KCR: Will work harder towards making the dream of Bangaru Telangana a reality

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday greeted the people of Telangana on the occasion of the state formation day and declared that the state has emerged to become a destination for officials and elected representatives from other states to study the Telangana model and replicate its schemes and programmes in their states.

Stating that Telangana has witnessed rapid growth in development and also for the welfare of people, KCR said that the government has taken strong steps in these past four years and the results are already being witnessed adding that the achievements so far are a matter of pride for the entire people of Telangana.

Addressing the struggle for separate statehood, he said that they grasped the difficulties faced by the people following which their manifesto was written and was handsomely received in the state. 

Stating that they have implemented the poll promises since the time the government was formed, KCR said the TRS government has introduced many programmes resulting in widespread public welfare and the achievements so far a validation of our struggle for a separate State.

The Chief Minister went on to mention the government’s achievements such as 21% economic growth rate, listed initiatives taken to attract investments in the industrial sector, various infrastructure development projects in the irrigation sector, welfare schemes such as Kalyana Lakshmi, Aasara pensions for the poor and needy, KCR Kits for expectant mothers, and construction of two-bedroom houses for the poor.

He reiterated the promise to make the dream of Bangaru Telangana a reality and make the state provide direction for the rest of the country.
