Officers directed to clear petitions on priority basis
Kothagudem: Joint Collector M Ram Kishan instructed concerned officials to clear petitions on priority basis during the Grievance Day programme held at the Collectorate here on Monday. The programme witnessed the participation of many petitioners following which the Joint Collector dispatched the petitions filed to concerned officers for clearing.
The Joint Collector also discussed about the pending applications which were not cleared in the last few weeks. He asked the officers to mention on the files why the petitions filed earlier were not cleared. He also said every application should be made online on the website. District Revenue Officer Kiran Kumar, Revenue Divisional Officer Rabindranath, and other District officers also participated.
Project Officer Pamela Sathpathy from the Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA) received the applications in Girijana Dharbar at Bhadrachalam. Speaking on the occasion, Pamela said that every officer should observe the applications received from the people to clear them immediately.
She also discussed about the Haritha Haram programme during the time with the unit officers. A heavy number of tribal people participated and submitted applications in programme. The many applications from the tribals were regarding the Podu land Pattas.
