Pay SCCL workers on par with Coal India: CITU

 Kothagudem:  CITU (Singareni) state vice president Yagani Krishnaiah demanded the SCCL management to pay the contract workers salaries on par with the Coal India workers.

On Tuesday, he conducted a meeting with the all union workers and contract workers in SCCL.  He called upon the workers to fight to get the contract workers the same salaries the coal India workers are getting. 

He told the contract workers who have been working for many years in the company not to take insufficient salaries. He explained their salaries with that of the coal India workers’ in the meeting.  He said, the CITU fights for the workers problems always.

Leaders of the union S Ilayya, Anil Reddy, Rajender, Apparao, Vijay, Sagar, Naveen and others attended the meeting.
