Vivekanand calls for trouncing Kutami

Quthbullapur: Local TRS nominee K P Vivekanand participated in canvassing in Devendernagar Colony, Narsimha Basti, Chittaramma Devinagar of Gajularamaram  division arranged by local Corporator Ravula Seshagiri Rao. He conducted a ‘padayatra’ interacting with residents educating them about the welfare schemes taken up by the TRS government. While addressing them, Vivekanand charged that people had suffered due to lack of basic facilities during the previous governments. In contrast, the TRS regime, headed by K Chandrasekhar Rao, had given top priority to creation of basic infrastructure to pave the way for development, making people happy and generating their confidence.

He expressed confidence of TRS party returning to power with a huge majority in December thanks to the progress achieved by it and putting in place a ‘Bangaru Telangana’. About 500 Congress party leaders/activists of Subashnagar, under the leadership of Prabhu Kumar, Azam, Padmaja Reddy, joined the TRS in the presence of Vivekanand. The newcomers said they were attracted to the pink party’s development agenda. They credited him for bringing about development in the constituency, which none could do earlier. 

Besides, they hailed the welfare schemes taken up by the TRS government, as no previous dispensations. Hence, they would extend  support to TRS and car symbol, moved by its stress on development. In Ravinarayan Reddy Nagar phase II, about 300 Congress activists, under the leadership of Seshagiri Rao, joined the TRS. Vivekanand was present. Also present were Ward Members Qurshida Begum, Sandhya, Manjula, leaders Hussain. Among those who joined the TRS were Srikanth, Rajender, Nayudu, Das, Sai, Anilkumar, Bedayya.
