Civic chief warns against plastic use at Toopran

Toopran: Municipal Commissioner Moinuddin has warned of severe action if plastic and thermocol is used by anyone. He conducted a meeting with small vendors in the municipality limits on Wednesday.

He said that use of polythene covers and thermocol was not allowed and advised them not to use the banned things. He also told them that a fine would be imposed if garbage was thrown recklessly.
