Hyderabad: Junior cine artist moves SC/ST panel

Basheerbagh: Junior cine artist Divya, a resident of Warangal, registered a complaint against brother of noted choreographer and dancer Raghava Lawrence, Vinod, to the chairman of SC ST commission Errolla Srinivas here on Tuesday. She accused him of harassing her for a few days

Speaking to media, Divya said that she had been harassed by Vinod as she rejected his love proposals. Apart from sexual harassment, he tried to involve her in prostitution, she alleged. She said that he was trying to kill her as she knew his wrongdoings. She also accused him of abusing her caste. She said she complained against him at West Maredpally police station, unable to tolerate his harassment, but instead of taking against him, the CI filed a case against after colluding with Vinod. She said that she fears threat to her life from Vinod and appealed the CM KCR to protect her from Vinod.
