Insensitive officials deny pensions to aged in village in Chintalapalem

Chintalapalem (Suryapet ): Beneficiaries of Aasara pensions of Dondapadu village of Chintalapalem mandal in the district are expressing their displeasure over the negligence of officials in handing over the pensions to them regularly. Some pensioners told media persons that officials are giving pension to very few beneficiaries for the last three months and pushing the major number of beneficiaries into troubles.

The officials concerned who disburse the pensions mock at the beneficiaries saying nothing will happen if they complaint to anyone about them. The poor elderly beneficiaries demanded the superior officers to take stern action on the erring staff and clear their pending pensions immediately to fulfill their day-to-day needs.
