Large number of police personnel deployed at all the bus depots including MGBS and JBS

Hyderabad: As Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao on Friday night ordered DGP M Mahendar Reddy to provide adequate security at all the bus depots, state police deployed a large number of police personnel at the depots since from the early morning itself. To thwart any untoward incidents at the depots police are maintaining 144 section like situation in front of the depots. To avoid any inconvenience to the passengers at the depots police officials deployed a large number of police personnel at MGBS, old Gowliguda bus stand and Jubilee bus stand.

Tension prevailed at Ibrahimpatnam bus depot on saturday morning when RTC employees staged  protest. Police obstructed the union leaders who tried to obstruct the buses which were coming out. Police took them into custody and prevailed normalcy there. As the buses belongs to Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra are running their services police arranged security to run the services freely without any hurdles.On the other hand, as the RTC union leaders are intensifying their protest at MGBS, Jubilee Bus Stand, police are making arrangements to take them into their custody. As government declared that they have made all alternate arrangements for the passengers, a large number of passengers are reaching to the MGBS and JBS to go to their native places.
