MLA Nomula Narasimhaiah hands over CMRF cheques
Nagarjunasagar (Nalgonda): Nagarjunasagar MLA Nomula Narasimhaiah stated that Chief Minister's Relief Fund has become a boon to poor people in the State. On Sunday, he handed over Rs 7.23 lakh worth cheques to 23 beneficiaries at a programme held at a private function hall in Peddavoora.
Similarly, he distributed Rs 2 lakh worth cheque came from party high command in the name of TRS party worker Gogula Venkanna of Tripuraram mandal who died in a road accident to the bereaved family members in the presence of Tirumalagiri MPP Bhagwan Nayak.
The MLA also distributed CMRF cheques worth Rs 7.76 lakh to 25 beneficiaries at a programme held at Gurrampode in the constituency. Later, he took part in the Pattana Pragathi meeting held at Nandikonda. In this meeting, he reviewed the status of drinking water facilities and drains, and was assured to develop Nagarjunasagar in all aspects.
In this programme, Nandikonda municipal chairperson Karne Anusha, Peddavoora MPP Chennu Anuradha, councillors and party workers participated.
