Telangana first in per capita power use in country: KCR

Telangana state is first in the country in per capita power consumption in the country, said K Chandrasekhar Rao speaking at the public meeting at LB Stadium in Hyderabad.

"The usage of inverters, power generators and stabilizers in the have been reduced in every household due to the continuous power supply in Hyderabad," he said asking the people to identify as to how the party has struggled to provide uninterrupted power supply to the people.

The TRS supremo said that within seven-eight months of emerging to power, the TRS government has resolved all the power issues in the state which was done by the other government.

"TRS party hasn't been biased with its decisions, all the schemes launched by the government are unique which influenced other states in the country. Mission Bhagiratha scheme is one kind of example to prove that it provided drinking water supply to every household. The scheme has reduced the drinking water problems of the people," he said assuring to provide 24-hour drinking water supply.

He also assured to provide 20,000 litres of drinking water per month to the domestic consumers at free of cost from December 1.
