Uttam kick starts election campaign in Huzurnagar
Huzuranagar: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) chief and Nalgonda MP N Uttam Kumar Reddy urged the people of Huzurnagar constituency to back the Congress party in the bypoll and teach a befitting lesson to the TRS.
Uttam launched poll campaign in Huzurnagar constituency on Wednesday. Addressing the party workers in a meeting held at Nakkagudem of Chintalapalem mandal of Huzurnagar constituency, he recalled his development works including laying of roads and providing lift irrigation to the village with an estimated cost of Rs 22 crore during his tenure.
He fired salvos at the TRS leaders over claiming his development activities in Huzurnagar constituency as their success in election campaigns. He listed out his development activities as MLA of Kodad and Huzurnagar for five times and as a present MP of Nalgonda constituency.
He stated that his family was rendering valuable services to both Huzurnagar and Kodad constituencies for the past 30 years, he urged the people of Huzurnagar constituency to show the same affection in bypolls as shown to him in every election and assured further development of constituency in next five years. Party local leaders and workers, supporters participated in the meeting.
