Book on Krishna tourism released: Collector

Vijayawada: District Collector Mohammad Imtiaz released the 'Krishna Teera Paryataka Sthalalu' book published by the AP State Creative and Cultural Commission at the Collector's Camp Office here on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that Krishna river coast was a paradise for tourists. The Krishna coast has a history of ancient civilisation to the latest innovations.

He appreciated Mangalagiri Hariprasad for mentioning all the details of historic and tourist places on the banks of River Krishna. He also complimented Dr E Shivanagi Reddy, CEO, Cultural Centre for editing the book, who was also the former Director of Tourism.

He said that this book would be very useful for the tourists and felicitated Hariprasad and others on the occasion. State Creative and Cultural Commission CEO A Lakshmi Kumari, CCVA CEO Dr E Shivanagi Reddy, SRR and CVR College principal V Joshi, Hariprasad and others were present.
