3-day QIS workshop on Python begins

Ongole: A three-day workshop-cum- training programme on Python began at the QIS Institute of Technology on Sunday, according to the college secretary and correspondent, Nidamanuri Surya Kalyan Chankravarthy and president Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao.

Venkata Gopi Manduri from AP State Skill Development Corporation acted as the primary resource person for the training programme which was held for the final year students of electronics and communications, computer science engineering and information technology.

Gopi said that learning the programming for Python helps the candidates to understand concepts like automation, big data and data mining. He explained the technology of Python and its coding through the power point presentation to the students. Nageswara Rao asked the students to upgrade themselves with the new technologies to be a step ahead than others in the job market. The principal Dr CV Subbarao, HoD of CSE Anil Kumar and other staff also participated in the programme.
