6-day workshop on Revit Architecture begins
Ongole: The QIS Institute of Technology, in association with the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation started a six-day development programme on Revit Architecture for the engineering students in the college, announced the secretary and correspondent of QIS, Nidamanuri Surya Kalyan Chakravarthy and its president Nidamanuri Nageswara Rao.
Kalyan Chakravarthy said that the industry expert Shaik Juberia is the resource person for the workshop and trains the final year civil engineering students on the software of Revit Architecture which is widely being used in the construction field.
Juberia explained that the Revit Architecture was very useful in designing of high-rise buildings, skyscrapers and bridges and those who have knowledge in the programme were receiving great opportunities abroad.
Dr CV Subbarao, principal of the QISIT said that Juberia would introduce the features and train the students on the software in the six-day long workshop.The HoD of civil engineering, Narendra is overseeing the training programme for the students, Subbarao added.
