Defeat BJP in ensuing elections: APCC

Rajamahendravaram: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president N Raghuveera Reddy has underlined the need to defeat BJP government in 2019 general elections to save the country from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Participating in Rana Sankharavam programme here on Saturday, he said Modi shattered the dreams of people and Congress planned to dethronehim from power. The people vexed with four years BJP rule and facing many problems. Demonetisation, GST, enhancement of petrol and dieselprices many a time posed problems to people. 

Modi failed to bring black money from abroad in 100 days as said by him and not deposited Rs 15 lakh in bank of account ofeach person in the country, he said. Terming him as corporate Prime Minister, Raghuveera said he is taking decisions in favour of corporate companies and working for them.

SC, ST and Minority communities are forced to live as second rate citizens in the country because of Modi, he alleged. Rape cases increased in the country for the last four years, he pointed out.
