Kapu Dalita Ikya VediKa to be formed in Kakinada

 Kakinada:  As part of formation of Ikya Vedika for Kapus and Dalits, efforts are being made to conduct a meeting of the two strong social sections.

In order to achieve the unity, the  Kapu joint action committee  led by its president  Mudragada  Padmanabham  and  Dalit  associations will be organising a joint meeting at Ambedkar Bhavan in Kakinada on October 24.

Disclosing the details to media persons at Kapu JAC convener VY Dasu’s residence,  SC and ST Officers Association president  Dr N Siddoji Rao  said that Prakash Ambedkar, grandson of  Babasaheb Ambedkar and Mudragada Padmanabham will attend the joint meeting as guests.

Siddoji Rao made it clear that the meet was not against any caste, but to get share in power on parentage basis of social sections. 

He said that Dalit and Kapu leaders from all the 13 districts would attend the Ikya VediKa meet.
