Zilla Parishad general body meeting today

Chittoor: The 17th general body meeting of Chittoor Zilla Parishad (ZP) would be held at ZP meeting hall here on Tuesday. The meeting would be presided over by ZP Chairperson Girvani. District In-charge Minister Atchannaidu, Industries Minister N Amaranatha Reddy, District Collector PS Pradyumna and other officials would be taking part in the meeting.

Speaking to The Hans India here on Monday, Girvani said that a detailed debate would be held on 42 subjects in the proposed general body meeting. The meeting would pass a resolution thanking Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for diverting HNSS water to the district and fulfilling the long-cherished dream of people, she stated. The ZP chief exuded confidence of TDP coming to power in the next elections.
