Tourism officials celebrate Yoga Day at Buddha Statue

Tank Bund: International Yoga Day celebrations were held by the tourism corporation at Buddha statue in Hussain Sagar lake on Thursday. The occasion was organised celebrated by the secretary to government, Youth Advancement Tourism and Culture (YAT & C) department. B Venkatesham addressed the participants and said, “Yoga is the most ancient practice followed by our ancestors and is prominent process to stay fit and healthy.  

Yoga practise every day will make a lot of changes in the lifestyle.”  During the event, several officials of Tourism Board were present including Managing Director TSTDC, B Manohar Rao, Sumeet Singh, Executive Director, Shankar Reddy, Yugandhar, Janardhan, Purandar, Jai Bharathi, Shanti, K Anjireddy, Satyam, A Subhash,  and Rajalingam Goud participated in the event.
