Training programme for Election officers conducted in Suryapet

Suryapet: District Collector K Surendra Mohan directed the election officers to make necessary arrangements for conducting Gram Panchayath elections without any hitch. The Collector was participating as chief guest the training programme held in Suryapet on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, the Collector advised the officials to work with commitment for smooth conducting of Panchayath elections.

As per the guidelines, District Collector will be designated as District Election Officer and the Joint Collector, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer and District Panchayath Officers will be Additional Election officers, he said. DPO Ram Mohan Raju, MPDOs , AO PRDs , Pancayath Raj staff participated in the programme.
