Rajeshwar terms grand alliance opportunist
Nalgonda: MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy stated that people are mocking at the Congress–TDP led grand alliance and getting ready to bless the TRS to pave way for strong development in the State.
On Wednesday, speaking to media in Nalgonda along with MP Gutha Sukender Reddy and Party Nalgonda constituency candidate Kancharla Bhupal Reddy, he said TRS was part of Grand alliance with Congress and TDP in elections during the agitation time in United Andhra Pradesh in order to carve out the Telangana state, but the present alliance of Congress, TDP and other parties in the name of Mahakutami is purely display of hunger of power.
He urged the people do not get in the trap of the grand alliance and extend support to the TRS to continue the development and welfare schemes. He listed out the welfare schemes, development activities and milestones of TRS government in four years tenure in the State.
Even though erstwhile Nalgonda district has State level Congress leaders, they never fought in the interest of the Telangana region and never questioned their respective Andhra CM’s about the quota of water share in Nagarjuna Sagar project and Jobs to youth of this region.
He urged the people to attend the party’s Praja Ashirwadha Sabha to be held on Thursday in Nalgonda to make the meeting a grand success.
MP Gutha Sukender Reddy made fun of Congress leaders and said it has many CM candidates and only few MLA candidates.
Stating that the Congress-TDP alliance was an opportunistic grouping, he predicted that the alliance ship cannot reach the banks of victory. In this press meet TSFDC chairman Banda Narender Reddy, MLC K Prabhakar, ICDS regional coordinator M. Shranya Reddy, Thipparthi MPP Pasham Ram Reddy, party Nalgonda Town President Abbagoni Ramesh and others participated.
