ASRAA to hold marathon on world consumer day

Basheerbagh: Representatives of Advocate Association for Social Responsibility and Awareness (ASRAA) said that a marathon would be conducted at Gachibowli Stadium on March 17, the World Consumer Day, to raise awareness on consumer rights. As many as 20,000 people are expected to participate in the marathon.

 The representatives were speaking at a program held at Telangana state consumer redressal commission office where brochures of the marathon were released by Justice MSK Jaiswal. 
Justice Jaiswal appreciated ASRAA for its initiative to organise a marathon to create awareness among consumers on their rights.

 He hoped that the association would continue its efforts to raise awareness on consumer rights. Founder and chief patron of ASRAA Habeeb Sultan Ali, ASRAA Telangana state president Vasi Reddy, vice-president Sandeep, general secretary Ippalapalli Ramesh, in-charge Narayana and others participated in the programme.
