Soft skills enable students to secure jobs
Visakhapatnam: Prof G Nageswara Rao, Vice-Chancellor, Andhra University, has said that the soft skills play a significant role in moulding the personality of the students and help them to become more employable. He inaugurated the five-day training programme on soft skills organised at the Cell for Differently Abled Persons of Andhra University here on Thursday.
The professor released the booklet on "Skill Genie" brought out by AP Government and distributed the copies to the participants. Prof K Gayathri Devi, Rector, said that the University would continue its training programmes on soft skills in a regular and continuous basis.
Soft skills trainer cum faculty Challa Krishnaveer Abhishek explained about the training module for the programme. Prof T Subba Rayudu, Prof T Bairagi Reddy, Dr K Seethamanikyam, Krishnaveer Abhishek and others were present.
