Habitual thief arrested in Rajanna Siricilla

Rajanna Siricilla: Police officials apprehended a thief who was wanted in various theft cases here at Thadur cross roads in Rajanna Siricilla district on Tuesday. The accused was identified as Vengali Bikshapathi (29) alias Chikkudu Krishna, a resident of Dharmajipet village of Dubbaka mandal in Siddipet district.

According to the DCP N Venkata Ramana,habituated to luxury life, Vengali Bikshapathi was involved in various theft cases in Thungalapalli, Siddipet, Dubbaka, Siricilla, Boinapalli, Vemulawada, Konaraopet, Gabbiraopet, Mustabad and Yellanthakunta police station limits.

The Nizamabad police arrested him in 2013 and sent him to Sangareddy jail. After being released from jail in June, 2016, he continued his habit of stealing the property. He was caught again in July, 2016, by Dubbaka police and sent to Siddipet jail. He was released from the jail in February, 2017.

A special team was formed to nab V Bikshapathi. The team apprehended him at Thadur crossroad on Tuesday in Siricilla and seized 38 tola gold, 71 tola of silver total worth Rs.12 lakh and a two wheeler from his possession.

DSP N Venkata Ramana appreciated the team of CI V Anil Kumar, V Shankar, SIs B Rajashekar, LPraveen, Ravi and Naresh Constables Rajinikanth, Vijay, Satish which apprehended Vengali Bikshapathi.
