Rajamahendravaram Civic chief says health city his target

Rajamahendravaram: RMC Commissioner Sumit Kumar Gandhi has said that steps will be taken to convert the historical city as a health city shortly. 

He asked the officials of health wing to work with committment and dedication to reach the goal.

Reviewing the functioning of the health department officials here on Thursday, he said that everyone in the department should work properly to make the city clean. Sanitation staff should come on the roads early to take up works. 

It was the duty of sanitary supervisors and sanitary inspectors to direct the sanitary staff to work properly.

He underlined the need to increase fogging to combat mosquito problem in the city. 

A special team would also be formed with the officials of health wing to supervise the programmes.
