Inspire science expo begins
Rajamahendravaram: A three-day ‘Inspire’ science expo commenced at BVM School here on Monday. About 300 models were exhibited by the students.
Participating in the programme, Mayor PRS Sai, rural and urban MLAs GB Choudary, Dr AS Narayana and GUDA chairman Ganni Krishna said that the science expos helps in enhancing the creativity among the students and also inculcate interest on research programmes from school days.
Many students were having hidden talent and it was the duty of the teaching fraternity to tap their talents and encourage them. Science became our part of life and everything was linked with science.
They underlined the need to conduct science fairs frequently for the benefit of students and advised officials of education department to do the needful in this regard.
District Educational Officer S Abraham, deputy inspector of schools Dilip Kumar and others were present.
