Chhattisgarh man blown to pieces in blast at explosives factory in Bommalaramaram

Bommalaramaram (Yadadri-Bhongir): In a tragic incident, one worker was killed in a blast that took place at an explosive factory located in Bommalaramram of Yadadri-Bhongir district on Monday.

The deceased was identified as G Kashyap (21), a native of Chhattisgarh State.

According to sources, Kashyap joined in Reginis explosives company two months ago. He was working at Nickel hydrazine nitrate (NHN) filling and pressing section. Blast took place when the filled bottle of NHN slipped accidentally from his hands when he went to keep the bottle in a storeroom. In this sudden blast, Kashyap body was blown up and parts of the body scattered at the accident site.

Yadadri-Bhongir DCP Narayana Reddy, local Tahsildar Padma Sundari, Bhongir Rural CI Surender Reddy, local SI Madhu Babu visited the factory and enquired about the incident. Police filed a case and took up the investigation.
