Girl ends life after failing in Inter exams in Bommalaramaram

Bommalaramaram (Yadadri-Bhongir): A girl, who failed in Intermediate exams, has committed suicide at Naginenipally village of Bommalaramaram mandal of Yadadri-Bhongir district on Wednesday.

According to sources, the girl, Mithi (19), third daughter of Akaram Ravindra Chary and Madhavi couple, appeared for senior Inter exams. After the announcement of results, Mithi came to know that she failed in Zoology and Chemistry subjects. Ever since, she has become moody. Depressed over her poor performance, she hanged herself to a ceiling fan in one of the rooms of the house on Wednesday early hours when the family members were in deep sleep. The family members who were shocked to see Mithi hanging rushed her to a nearby hospital where she was declared brought dead.

Local police led by SI Kanugula Venkatesh rushed to the spot and enquired about the incident. They later registered a case and took up the investigation.
