Dirty toilet keeps users at bay

Lakdikapul: The public urinal emanating foul smell near Ravindra Bharathi Kala Bhavan has been lying unused due to lack of maintenance and uncleanliness. A local passer-by shares, "The toilet is never cleaned, and people have stopped using it because of its poor condition.

Now it stands as a deserted structure emanating malodorous smell constantly. On the other hand, this structure hinders the pedestrians' movement as it is located the footpath. Now there is water filled inside due to rains which are making the condition even worse."
