Training for police aspirants begins in Peddapelli

Peddapelli: Youth must work hard with discipline to achieve goals in their lives, advised District Collector Devasena here on Friday. The Collector inaugurated the training programme under the Police Commissionerate organised for the aspirants of police jobs here at Triniti Pharmacy College in Peddapalli.

Speaking on this occasion, the Collector said the State government had given notification for filling the vacant 18,196 police posts in various departments and she appreciated the officials of police department for taking initiation for giving free training to about 300 boys and 100 girls along with providing free meals and shelter for a period of 60 days.

Coaching will be given by experienced teachers by providing various competitive books available for the students. The youth by utilising these facilities should work hard to achieve their dreams, suggested the Collector. 

The Ramagudam Police Commissioner Vikramjeet Duggal advised the students to work hard with firm determination by attending the training regularly held on the premises of the Police Commissionerate and urged the students to utilise the opportunity for grabbing the police jobs by keeping themselves strong both mentally and physically. 

The students must follow discipline during the time of training period. Strict actions would be taken against those who violate the rules and do not follow discipline, cautioned the CP. Later Collector along with Police Commissioner distributed the study materials to the students.

DCP Sudharshn goud, Peddapalli ACP Habib Khan, Godavarikhani ACP Rakshit K Murthy, District in-charge DRDO Prem Kumar and other police officials were present.
