TDP ready to face polls anytime
Akiveedu: Motupalli Rama Vara Prasad, president of TDP Akiveedu Mandal Committee and chairman of Agricultural Marketing Committee has said that TDP is ready to face the elections anytime in the state.
He presided over the TDP workers meeting of mandal party committee here on Monday.
Addressing the workers, Motupalli Prasad said that even though the state was in financial crisis, the Chief Minister had developed the State with his good governance.
He said that Undi Assembly constituency was in the forefront in implementing development works in the district. He called upon the workers to participate in the Mini Mahanadu and Mahanadu in the district and at Vijayawada respectively.
Later, he and other TDP leaders felicitated Water Users Association president Thota Yedukondalu, Datla Ramaraju, Gottumukkala Janakirama Raju, Motupalli Subba Rao, Polaku Lakshman Rao.
They also felicitated Akiveedu ZPTC member Manne Lalita Devi and her husband Potharaju on the occasion of Lalithadevi’s election as Zilla Parishad vice-chairperson.
Yadava Welfare Association leaders Meegada Raju and others felicitated AMC chairman Motupalli Prasad at the meeting. Gottumukkala Satyanarayana Raju, Sarpanches Gontla Ganapati, Bachu Sarala, Borra Sujata, MPTC members Bolla Venkatarao, Chokkapu Maheswari, mandal president Rama Rao, Yadava Welfare Association leaders Meegada Nagaraju, Nunna Balaram, Vaddii Kasulu, Killadi Srinu and others participated.
